SPEED OF LIGHT

In the bowels of the city lay a utterly silent world, where the darkness itself takes on a viscous quality that disorients the senses. In this world, words like colour have no meaning and the only light that will ever exist here is that which we bring with us. We see as though through a keyhole, never grasping the entirety as our light sculpts this world, carving out form that our senses desperately grasp like a lifeboat. In such a place that distorts time it’s only fitting that we glimpse it as an afterimage and discover the true speed of light.
